Summer is coming. Why not make your own ice cream. No ice cream maker needed. Only 10-15 minutes to prepare. This home-made raspberry ripple ice-cream is refreshing, rich and creamy and a delicious summer recipe.
Raspberry ripple ice cream (Without Ice-Cream Maker)
600ml Double Cream (40%)
340ml condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Tips: Freeze the ice-cream for 6 hours. When you take the ice-cream out of the freezer, let it sit for 5-10 minutes to soften before serving
