1. Lunge (back foot in TRX, or do modified option given)
2. Other leg
3. Chest press
4. Hamstring curl
5. Plank with knee taps
6. Pull ups
7. Standing plank
8. Rear delt squeezes
9. Tricep extensions
10. Bicep curls
45 sec / 15 rest rest x 2
