TRX combo moves workout

Here is a TRX workout with some combo moves for you to try!

Do 3 sets of all these exercises for 12 reps each!

-Squat and raise to squat and reverse fly

-High elbow row to bicep curl

-Oblique core twist to push out

-Chest fly to tricep extension

-Push up to knee tuck

-Single arm pushup to core twist

Make sure you push it on this one, challenge your body and take minimal rest in between sets!!
